Between the full courseload, the fact that work has been hectic (I've had to fill in for people who are out) and a drill that fell on the most inopportune weekend, this has been a terribly hectic month.
Of course the most hectic thing of all is on the horizon, my sister is getting married Friday!
MY BABY SISTER!!! MARRIED!!! WTF!!??
Of greater worry, it seems today that my responsibilities for Fridays ceremony have suffered from considerable mission creep.
I'm finally caught up on my classes and work is finally letting me out in time to get to school on time, but I've got an awful lot of papers due (4) and I'm hitting my stride just as the semester is nearly a third over.
Oh well, as the French might say, "Ganbate!"
(though I strongly suspect they'd actually say it in French.)
