It's Here! AND IT WORKS!
It's FINALLY set up.
I'm going to do the usual Friday night stream (a little later than usual 8pm EST)
The Phantom Brave climax is delayed until next week, because I want to make sure the stream goes well for that.
Instead I'm going to be stress testing the system by derping in
Project Zomboid.
Stop by, point and laugh.

Last Time...Fer Sure
Trying to get games and streaming software to work on an old iMac is no longer tenable.
I'm exhausted from work and cannot get FF14 to work properly. I've been working on this for weeks.
THERE WILL BE NO FINAL FANTASY 14 STREAM TONIGHT
I am now poor.
I just ordered a full on
gaming computer.
I went against my better judgement and ordered it through Weyland-Yutanizon. It will be here Wednesday.
I should have it set up in time for the Thursday night stream, but I'm not 100% sure my monitor is compatible. If it's not, I'll be poorer still, and may not have time to get a monitor before Thursday, given my work schedule. If this is the case, I will do the Thursday Disgaea stream on the Apple Potato, and there will be no Zomboid stream.
Stream schedule should return to normal after that.
(Hopefully this will also fix the issue with the blog logging me out and dumping my posts.)

I like how in the picture, they show only a single stick of RAM, and it's in the wrong slot. CyberPowerPC should know better.

Not sure if I trust their warranty. I'd rather get some
Alienware, although obviously it's not as good a deal: you can see that the 4060 Ti only has 8GB.

If you get any income from Twitch, you can deduct that computer and the monitor as business expenses.

Stream Cancelled Again
I'm feeling MUCH better, but I'm still under the weather. I drug myself to work Saturday and it knocked me back on my heels. Additionally, I am still working on a fix for the Final Fantasy 14 issue we've been having.
I'm going to turn in early in the hopes of getting over this by tomorrow.

Stream Cancelled
The (likely) final Phantom Brave stream that was scheduled for tonight has been cancelled. I am ill and can't do a good stream if coughing into the mic and running away from the computer periodically.
Phantom Brave Phans be aware we will be doing the climactic stream next week on the 22nd.

@suburbanbanshee: Yeah, THAT was odd. I correspond with one streamer who was actually going to do a series of Renaissance art streams complete with art and history lessons. She was doing final prep on the first installment when Twitch belatedly realized what it had typed while it was drunk.

All That and a Bowl of Grits!
An unexpected break in the package tsunami allowed me an unforeseen bit of free time, which I used to go see a kaiju movie.
Godzilla Minus One subverted my expectations and brought me to tears.
But not in a Ryan Johnson way.
A good way.
A very good way.
Go see it.
