Algorithm Follies (Setting the Record Straight)
So:
Answering a challenge from a V-Tuber acquaintance, I looked myself up.
The attached screencap (checks to make sure I don't dox myself) is ALMOST correct.
However:
Steven Den Beste never ran this blog.
He was a frequent commenter, online friend, and an inspiration for its format. He was a good man and a very talented writer. His work can be seen here and here (which begins with his last post).
I wrote an obituary for him after he went dark & a flurry of Steven related concern posts resulted in my calling cross-country to the Portland Police for a welfare check that resulted in the discovery of his body.
His pen name WAS Chizumatic. I've always posted/streamed online content under the name Brickmuppet....which, of course is totally my real name.
Much more amusing than the A.I. I used for the search conflating me with Steven, it could not figure out what VT meant in reference to a V-Tuber.
