2 Yeah....that was the biggest Dr. Who letdown in a long time.

The worst part is that it invites comparison to the other two and the first was similar handwaving....though that bit of divine intervention had been reasonably established as a logical development of the Tardis McGuffinisms.

4 Yeah, the "Tinkerbell Jesus" moment.  The season one finale was fine in itself, given the nature of the Tardis in the new series and the fact that what Rose did was intrinsically fatal. 

I'm still thoroughly enjoying the new Doctor Who; the occasional letdowns are more than balanced by the flashes of brilliance (most often from Steven Moffat...)
