Perseverance Lands


NASA's newest rover Perseverance has successfully landed in Jezero Crater ( which was once a lake) on Mars. There were no splodies, just pictures.

1 Yay for no 'splodies. But the current thinking is that there were in fact no lakes, more and more they're finding that everything we see on the surface of Mars can be explained by glaciers and ice flows, and there was probably never liquid water present in any significant amount.
