Yeah, a severe one, pretty much all year in Texas. Much of the American southeast is in fairly nasty drought conditions too - a heavy band of drought-red from the Arizona-New Mexico border across to South Carolina.

Damn, looks like no joy for Texas. The only section which will get rain is the section that barely needs it at all. The drought-zone is blanketed with a dry-as-hell mass of air which is just sucking all of the juice out of the storm.
