The Wait
I have class from 19:00 to 22:00 so by the time I get out the thing will
either be over or we will likely have a mess on our hands.
I was outside the polling place this morning before they opened. The line was already impressive.
No cameras allowed inside obviously but the line took 57 minutes to get through one it started, when I came out the other side it was still impressive...and the Republican team signs were being replaced.
UPDATE: It may well be that if Romney doesn't win big, he doesn't win. See here, here, here, here, and here.
UPDATE:Oh good lord...Just use paper please.
UPDATE 22:39 Well, I'm back and it looks bad. On the off chance that Romney is somehow not defeated outright it will end up in the courts...which is bad either way.
One bit of schandenfrued...I seem to have been one of the few righties who predicted a close race. yay.
Oh and another thing...can we please not have Todd Akin or Chris Christie darken our doors again.
UPDATE 23:21 It's over.

Blackberry Bold..not a night camera.
The line, hard to see in the above picture, was
already impressive. There was no Republican ground game in evidence, the
Romney & Allen signs from yesterday were gone, replaced with Obama
signs. The Dems ground game was impressive, with scads of signs, 3
people handing out voting guides and...
...ahem...a "Voter Information Station" by the door to help
anyone with questions. These things are supposed to be 40 feet from the
entrance. I think that they measured from the inner door of the
vestibule. It passed muster with the board of elections rep though.
( Update: This was nothing compared to this and this. )
