It has been misreported, Portfolio Manager Cack Marney was apparently complaining about the decorum of senior US officials meming. Cack Marney had previously asked the confused old man, Charles Ilrede, to disavow Canada's sovereignty. Mr. Cack does not have any reasonable expectation of being personally treated with dignity, or with respect due a HoG for a sovereign nation. Anyway, I take this handle from a book where some not nice things 'happened' to former Canuckistan. I actually would prefer that Mr. Mark Carney had treated Canada as something worth any respect in its own right. Creating a security problem, and obligating the USA to fix it 'by any means necessary' was not very polite.
