Lifes Little Issues...
First, few pieces of advice for those who find themselves ahead of me in line
Mc Donald's does not have a buffet...no...really...I'm not lying, and neither is the cashier.
No matter how many times you ask....if the cashier at the 7-11 says they don't have those "little cherry flavored cigars" they really don't.
The Lotto...you cant loose if you don't play.....you can't loose really big if you don't get about a hundred tickets from the ticket lottery machine when theres only one line open.
If there is only one diesel pump, and all other pumps are empty....it is just rude to park your gasoline powered car in front of the diesel pump...

OK, OK, I'll stop whining:
Actually guarding the coast rocks when it isn't seriously boring.
Yesterday, for instance, I got to respond to a sunk boat , pollution response, a foreign yacht entering the country for the first time and got lots and lots of the stuff I need signed off for both my advancement and getting my inspectors certificate.
There's been very little free time even though I've not been offshore once.
We were released rather early today, but the traffic was horrendous...so I sought shelter in the cybercafe....hence posting and barista reference.
(Note all Web City baristas are18 years or older. Proof of age is on file at 116 south Independence Blvd. VA Beach VA )
