Breitbart.com Blacklisted?

I got a Malware Alert when trying to visit Breitbart.

UPDATE: Via Instapundit, It was a hack. More here.
I followed a link that went to Breitbart and got this...

So I clicked on "Why was this blocked?" and got this.

I shut off all my windows stuff, made sure my antimalware stuff on my Mac was on and went there...only to get this.

Well this is interesting. Either there is an ad with malware on the site or Google has just decided to kill Breitbart.

I don't have a fully quarantined machine here so i'm just gonna go read Instapundit.

1 I wonder if this is a new left-wing approach to trying to shut down dissenting opinions? See a site whose opinion you hate? Report it for malware.

2 I dunno.

It happens on Youtube with TOS complaints and bogus DMCA notices and occasionally on Twitter with Spam reports.

OTOH this could just be malware in an ad.

3 I ran into that too, and just went anyway, depending on NoScript and my other stuff to protect me.  and I had no issues.  But conservative sites DO seem to get this a lot.  I don't hit a lot of Left wing sites, so I don't know for sure if they're immune.

I find it interesting that two google sites are tagged as bad hosts.... BY Google.

Some people over on Metafilter are complaining about getting this one, too, from MeFi itself and from other inoccuous sites.

If it's not a false positive, then it is probably an ad. It's happened before that someone snuck malware into an ad.
